The Inclusion Model

Providing a quality education for all students in an inclusive setting is enormously challenging, yet it is one of the key educational issues that need to be faced and acknowledged by the Special Education Needs Lab (PEMANDU, 2013).

A Holistic Inclusive Education Model is proposed as a test bed for the implementation of an inclusive programme for five primary schools in Taiping, Malaysia (Figure 1).
